1. Our online shopping cart feature allows you to select the product, size and quantities that fit your needs and place them in your Cart as you explore fudpucker.com. You can always remove items or change quantities later - the Shopping Cart will keep track of your selections. When you’re finished shopping, select checkout - all transactions are certified safe and confidential. Our Secure Server will ask for credit card and shipping information, etc. in order to complete your on-line purchase.
2. If you would like to call in your order and payment information please select "Call or Fax Payment Information". Then, hit the "Submit the Order" button. Print your order for reference, then call in your order. Call 850-654-1544 Monday-Friday 8:02am-4:58pm central standard time and have your order and credit card information ready.
3. To fax in your order and payment information please select “Call or Fax Payment Information". Then, hit the "Submit the Order" button. Print your order and write your type of credit card, credit card number, credit card expiration date, name on credit card and billing address for the credit card on your order and fax to 850-837-8226.

Returns & Exchanges
Satisfaction Guaranteed

Fudpucker Trading Company wants your business as a satisfied customer. If you have any problem with a product (other than normal wear and tear), return it to us with your receipt and reason for return. Also include your name, address and daytime telephone number. An exchange or refund will be issued.

Pack and seal your return or exchange securely and include the reason for the return or exchange. Packages must be returned prepaid - we cannot accept C.O.D. Deliveries.

Credit card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges should include a check or money order for the appropriate amount of shipping & handling. If you are unsure of the amount, please call 1-800-622-3837 or send an e-mail to fudpucker@fudpucker.com and someone will be glad to assist you.

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please call 1-800-622-3837 or send an e-mail to fudpucker@fudpucker.com and a return shipment package/mailing label will be sent to you.

Fudpucker Trading Company uses USPS Priority Mail and UPS Standard Ground Shipping. The cost depends on the total amount of the order:
